Brief Maintenance Summary Notes: Aircraft has had very good maintenance during its whole history. Early maintenance was done by Aerodynamics the Beech Service Center in MI. After that much of the maintenance was done by an excellent shop with experience with Baron 58P’s 2001 – 2013 Kalamazoo Aircraft in MI/ Ralph Michalka. The airplane got an annual by a shop here in NC prior to us selling it to a customer in Mexico who maintained the airplane to part 135 Standards. Both Engines were overhauled due to Calendar Time Not Total Time or condition. A New US C of A and Annual Inspection is being completed by SAI Annual Inspection September 2017 New ELT Battery – Expires December 2018 New Interior – June 2002 New Paint by Sky Harbour Aircraft – August 1997 Gear up Repair 8/01/1994
