The aircraft has Factory Air Conditioning Installed, however, it has been INOP and the owner does not plan to repair it so we have left it off the spec sheet. He has authorized us to troubleshoot the system to discover what needs to be done for the repair. It may need the 134a Conversion from the Old R12 Freon.
