I see you have my old aircraft for sale. I thought you might like some history. N222JW -222 was a lucky number for us and JW my initials. I ordered the aircraft in 1989 from Beech at Van Nuys airport and flew to Wichita to watch production. The plane was kept at Santa Monica airport. I had the turbo-normalizer fitted by Flight Craft Turbo in Pagosa Springs Colorado. We loved the area so much we bought a ranch just behind the airport. They also fitted the tip tanks.
The aircraft made several world records around 1990 and 1991 including Los Angeles to Albuquerque, Lisbon Portugal to LA, La Paz Bolivia to LA. I think they still stand. I flew N222JW across the Atlantic in both directions and around South America. It was an amazing aircraft and had very few problems.
Anyway it is great to see that she looks as beautiful as ever and nice that there is a new engine for a whole new life of flying.
Good luck finding a buyer. I hope they get as much fun out of her as I did.
